Previous App Migration
If you were subscribed on our previous app, all users were notified via email on November 12, 2023 regarding the platform migration. To be eligible for a potential refund, you were required to contact us before January 1, 2024. We are unable to process refund requests related to the previous app at this time.

No Refunds for Past-Year Issues
We do not issue refunds for issues arising from subscriptions purchased in a previous calendar year.

Automatic Renewal
All EliteTraders memberships automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you manually cancel your subscription. This means you will be charged each month unless you take action to stop the renewal.

Cancellation Responsibility
You are solely responsible for cancelling your EliteTraders subscription through our designated payment processor, Whop. EliteTraders does not manage account cancellations directly.

Exceptional Cases for Refunds
While we generally maintain a no-refunds policy, we recognise that exceptional circumstances may arise. In rare cases, EliteTraders may consider issuing a refund under the following conditions:
Double Payment: If you are inadvertently charged twice for the same subscription, we will process a full refund for the duplicate charge. Please contact our support team on Discord to report any duplicate payments.

Technical Glitch
If a verified technical issue on our platform results in an erroneous charge or a service access issue, we may consider issuing a refund at our sole discretion. Clear documentation of the issue must be provided when contacting support on Discord.

Important Note:
These are the only circumstances under which EliteTraders may consider issuing a refund. We reserve full discretion to determine whether a refund is warranted in any situation.
